Partners is accepting applications for a critical role in our organization, the Montrose Case Manager. This position is primarily responsible for community-based mentoring matches in Montrose County. The job includes working with youth who have been referred to the program and matching them with our incredible volunteers then assisting them in their mentoring endeavors. The job also requires community involvement for the recruitment of new volunteers, coordination for ongoing activities and networking with other youth-serving organizations in the area. The job is fun, rewarding, fast-pace and ever changing but comes with a great team and leadership to make the position successful. .
Partners has served the area for nearly 40 years with best practice mentoring programs for at-risk youth and young creatives. Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a human service-related field is encouraged and the energy to deal with enthusiastic youth is a must. A familiarity with the region and strong community connections is also a strong qualification. Position will have no less than 35 hours per week (potential for more) with and $18 - $23/hr. - DOE.
The job includes some nights and usually one Saturday each month. Occasional assistance with fundraisers and public relations events is also required. Travel will be necessary, and a background check is required. Are you ready for a completely new career adventure? Partners Mentoring is expanding services by providing school-based mentoring within the Montrose County School District for the 24/25 school year. We are looking for an organized professional ready to lead a team of four in providing paid mentoring services to middle and high school youth. The position will include shared duties around program design and implementation, and staff management with coordination from district and Partners staff. Duties also include what is listed below for "School-based Mentor". This position is currently funded for the next two academic years.

Partners is looking for three individuals to serve as paid mentors in our 24/25 school-based program. School-based mentors will provide one-on-one and group mentoring to MCSD students enrolled in the Engagement Center. Mentoring may include social/emotional learning, extracurricular activities, tutoring, listening, coaching and shared experiences. These positions will follow the academic calendar and funding is secured until June 2026.

Education or experience in a youth-service field encouraged but not required. The energy to deal with enthusiastic youth is a must. School-based mentor positions are funded for 900 hours during the academic year, about five hours daily during the academic calendar. Work will be completed during school hours with some flexibility around start, end and break times.
This position may include some evening or weekend youth activities. A background check is required. Position pay's $17/hr. Benefits include flexible schedule (90% of work happening during the school day), matching retirement, vacation and sick time, $250/month health stipend, following probationary period and a positive work environment.
